Doha, May 24 (QNA) - Al Gharafa clinched the 2025 HH the Amir football cup on Saturday, overcoming Al Rayyan 2-1 in the final match held at Khalifa International Stadium.

This victory marks Al Gharafa's eighth HH the Amir Cup title in their 13th final appearance.

Al Rayyan suffered their 13th defeat in 19 final appearances, leaving their trophy count at six.

Al Gharafa's goals came from Tunisian midfielder Ferjani Sassi in the fourth minute and Spanish forward Joselu in the 18th minute. Al Rayyan's sole goal was a penalty kick converted by Brazilian Roger Guedes in the 49th minute. (QNA)
