Doha, November 09 (QNA) - HE Shura Council Speaker Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanem on Sunday received a letter from HE Szymon Hołownia, Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, on parliamentary ties between the two countries.

The letter also congratulated HE Al Ghanem on his election as Shura Council Speaker and outlined opportunities to further strengthen cooperation.

The message was delivered by HE Wojciech Krol, Polish MP and Head of the Qatar-Poland Parliamentary Friendship Group, during a meeting with HE Al Ghanem.

The meeting addressed existing cooperation between the Shura Council and the Parliament of Poland, explored ways to enhance parliamentary communication, and discussed a range of issues of mutual interest. (QNA)
