Occupied Jerusalem, November 06 (QNA) - A Palestinian boy was martyred Thursday by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Al Yamon, west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Al Yamon last night, opened fire on the boy, hitting him with four bullets and prevented medical teams from evacuating him, leaving him to bleed until he was martyred. They then seized his body.

The occupation forces deployed snipers on a building in the town and raided its streets.

With the martyrdom of the boy, the number of martyrs in Jenin Governorate since the start of the assault on the city and refugee camp on Jan. 21 has risen to 56, with more than 200 others injured.

During this period, the occupation has also completely demolished more than 600 homes, accounting for 33% of the camp, while 22,000 Palestinians from the camp have been displaced to towns and villages in Jenin as well as some neighborhoods in the city. (QNA)
