Qatar Stock Exchange Slips as Trading Volume Remains Strong

Doha, November 30 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange closed lower on Sunday, with the benchmark index dipping by 29.66 points, or 0.28%, to finish at 10,615.07.

Despite the slight decline, trading activity remained solid. More than 95.5 million shares changed hands during the session, with a total turnover of QR 209.3 million across 10,613 deals spanning all sectors.

Market performance was mixed:17 companies' shares rose, 29 fell, while six ended the day unchanged.

The market's overall capitalization eased to QR 634.86 billion, down from QR 636.73 billion in the previous session.

The session's results come amid cautious sentiment across Gulf markets, as investors continue to assess global economic trends and regional developments. (QNA)
