Aamal Company Signs MoU with Germany's Niedax Group to Manufacture Cable Management Systems

Doha, November 19 (QNA) - Aamal Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Germany's Niedax Group, a global leader in cable management systems.

The MoU was signed by HE Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Aamal Company Sheikh Mohamed bin Faisal Al-Thani and Managing Director of Niedax Group Adrian Lowiner, in the presence of HE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs of the State of Qatar Dr. Ahmad Al Sayed and HE Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany Dr. Katherina Reiche.

Under the terms of the MoU, Aamal Company and Niedax Group will collaborate to establish a state-of-the-art facility in Qatar for the production and distribution of cable management products made of GRP and steel.

According to a press release published on the Qatar Stock Exchange's website, HE Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Aamal Company Sheikh Mohamed bin Faisal Al-Thani commented on the signing, saying, "This agreement marks an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to strengthen Qatar's industrial capabilities and support the nation's diversification strategy."

His Excellency added, "By collaborating with a global leader in Niedax, we are not only expanding our portfolio but are helping to advance the development of high-quality manufacturing within Qatar. This collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering long-term value and contributing to the sustainable growth of Qatar's economy."

For his part, Managing Director of Niedax Group Adrian Lowiner said, "We are pleased to announce our cooperation with Aamal Company in Qatar. The Niedax Group is a global leader in cable management systems. Founded in 1920, the family-owned company generates around EUR 1 billion in annual revenue and operates 81 locations in more than 30 countries. Its solutions support major infrastructure, industrial,

automotive, energy, maritime, and data center projects worldwide. In addition to its core cable management business, Niedax is active in distribution, steel service centers, and infrastructure solutions."

In turn, Liaison Director of the German Mittelstand GCC Office (BVMW) Nizar Maarouf said, "Today's signing is a testament to the growing strategic partnership between leading German companies such as Niedax Group and Aamal Company, which are collaborating to advance industrial innovation and achieve longterm economic value."

He also thanked the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and all Qatari institutions: governmental, semi-governmental, and the private sector for their continuous support of the BVMW GCC office.

This collaboration emphasizes the shared commitment of both companies to foster excellence in manufacturing, develop local industry, and support Qatar's long-term vision for sustainable economic progress. (QNA)
