Ukraine Announces Strike on Russian Oil Refinery Near Moscow Amid Russian Offensive on Kyiv
Kyiv, November 15 (QNA) - Ukraine announced Saturday that it targeted a Russian oil refinery in the Ryazan region near Moscow, following a major Russian offensive on Kyiv.
The strike on the Ryazan refinery was carried out as part of efforts to curb the enemy's capability to execute missile and bomb strikes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported in a post on social media.
The operation came a day after Russia conducted air offensives on residential buildings across Kyiv, resulting in the deaths of seven civilians, according to the latest toll.
Separately, officials in southern Ukraine reported that four individuals were killed in Russian attacks today.
Prosecutors in the Kherson region stated that three civilians were killed in Mykilske village and Kherson city.
Meanwhile, Governor of the Zaporizhzhia region, Ivan Fedorov, indicated that a Russian attack claimed the life of one individual in the area. (QNA)
