Doha, October 30 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Oct. 19-23, 2025 reached QAR 672,614,212.
Meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period is QAR 76,214,045, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 748.828 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal municipalities, and in the areas of the Pearl, Lusail 69, Al Wukair, Al Mashaf, Al Gharafa Al Kharayej, and Al Sakhama.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached more than QAR 755 million during the period from Oct. 12 to Oct. 16. (QNA)
