Qatar Armed Forces Padel Championship 2026 Wraps Up

Doha, June 09 (QNA) - The Qatar Armed Forces Padel Championship 2026, organized by the Military Sports Federation, has concluded.

The tournament, which featured the participation of 35 teams from various units of the Armed Forces, was attended by President of the Qatar Military Sports Federation Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Yousef Dossmal Al Kuwari.

The championship was marked by strong competition among the teams. In the amateur category, 1st Lt. Khalid Al Qahtani of the Military Displays Center and 1st Lt. (Navy) Nawaf Al Humaidi of the Qatar Amiri Naval Forces snagged first place.

Brig. Gen. (Staff) Ali Mohammad Al Fadala, Commander of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College, and Officer Cadet Saadoun Al Kuwari of the college finished second.

In the professional category, 1st Lt. Mohammed Al Mohannadi of the Qatar Amiri Air Force and Officer Cadet Ryan Al Jufairi of the Academic Missions Directorate won first place, while 1st Lt. Nawaf Al Ansari of the Qatar Amiri Signal Corps and Second Warrant Officer Abdulaziz Al Bakri of the Qatar Amiri Air Defense Forces finished second.

As the contests wrapped up, the President of the Qatar Military Sports Federation recognized the winners and awarded them medals. (QNA)
